Elena Marin

Elena Marin is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Assistant Controller at both Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) and Volunteers of America since May 2023. Prior to this, Elena held the position of Senior Accountant at ABILITY Network from August 2016 to May 2023, managing stock compensation, payroll, commissions, and financial reporting. Previous roles include Senior Accountant at Wright Medical and various consulting positions at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Oggi Professional Services, specializing in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks. Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Universidad de Costa Rica, and a High School Diploma from Liceo de Escazu.
