The Human Resources team at Volunteers of America is responsible for managing all facets of employee relations, including recruiting and retaining talent, overseeing benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the organization's mission of providing affordable housing and assistance services to low-income communities. The team also implements and maintains human resources information systems (HRIS) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
