David Maslin

David Maslin has extensive experience in the engineering and technology field. David was the Head of Product Platform Rigid Haulers & Rokbak at Volvo Construction Equipment from August 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Technology Director at both Volvo Construction Equipment and Rokbak from October 2014 to January 2024. David also worked at Terex as the Head of Engineering Heavy UK from May 2011 to September 2014, and earlier as the Head of Engineering Compact UK from June 2007 to May 2010. David held various roles within Terex, including Engineering Manager Compact UK and Principal Engineer Compact UK, demonstrating their progressive experience and expertise in design, development, and conformance activities for Terex products.

David Maslin attended Writtle University College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BSc in Engineering. David then went on to study at Loughborough University from 1998 to 2006 and obtained an MSc in Engineering Design. Most recently, from 2015 to 2018, they attended Edinburgh Napier University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
