Malin Norman

Malin Norman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Malin currently serves as the Head of HR Technology (VPHR) at Volvo Construction Equipment, where they are responsible for leading and influencing the HR, People & Culture agenda. Malin is also a part of the Technology Leadership Team, driving initiatives on the people side of the business. Prior to this, Malin held several leadership positions at Volvo Group, including Director HR, Health & Safety, for GTO Powertrain in both North America and Sweden. During their time at Volvo Group, they successfully led HR transformation journeys and played a key role in the HR network. Additionally, Malin has worked as a Project Leader at Kunskapscompaniet, focusing on the establishment of new offices and the development of methodologies and processes.
