Bart Geraads

Bart Geraads is an experienced professional in performance and rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Performance and Rewards at Volvo Group since January 2017. Prior to this role, Bart was the Owner of Barius from October 2015 to December 2016 and held various positions at AkzoNobel, Electrolux, and Hay Group, including Global C&B Director and VP HR - Rewards & Recognition. Bart's career began in taxation, with roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. Bart holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Amsterdam, including an MA in Human Resources, Civil Law, and Tax Law.
