Conny Nicander

Conny Nicander has been with Volvo Group since March 2005, currently serving as the Manager of the ESS Product Team, where responsibility includes driving and building complete battery solutions for BEV applications. Previous roles at Volvo Group include Manager of the Complete Powertrain Product Team and Group Manager, overseeing a team of 14-20 developers focused on control and diagnostic solutions for combustion engines. Conny has also held positions such as Global Attribute Leader for On-Board Diagnostics, Development Engineer specializing in software development and system design, along with acting roles as Group Manager for various teams. Early experience includes a position as a Lab Assistant at Linköpings universitet and as a Salesman at IKEA Sweden. Conny earned a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electronics from Linköping University between 2000 and 2005.
