Jim Cusimano

Jim Cusimano is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in thermal hardware design and product development. Currently serving as Lead Engineer - Thermal Hardware Design at Volvo Trucks North America since July 2022, Jim has previously held significant roles, including Product Development Engineer at HYDAC TECHNOLOGY CORP and Sr Application Engineer at Thermal Dynamics. Additionally, Jim has contributed to Valeo Engine Cooling and Titanx Engine Cooling AB as Application Engineering Manager, and worked as a Central Office Engineer at Alltel. Educationally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an AAS in Electrical Engineering from Jamestown Community College.
