Kapil Daga is an experienced professional in the field of Compensation and Benefits, with a strong background across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Expert in Global Compensation & Benefits at Volvo Cars, Kapil has previously held significant positions including Regional C&B Leader for APAC, and India, South Pacific & South East Asia at Cummins Inc., as well as Head of C&B and HR Shared Services at SKF Group. At Amdocs, Kapil contributed as a Regional C&B expert, and at Baxter Healthcare, Kapil led a global C&B team. Kapil holds a Master’s Degree in HR/Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has additional educational credentials from Shivaji University.
