Angelina Leniec

Angelina Leniec is an experienced Release Train Engineer currently at Vonage and formerly at BSH Home Appliances Group, where significant contributions were made in fostering an agile mindset and facilitating key events. As Co-Founder and CMO of The Cognity, Angelina focuses on building marketing strategies and creating educational content with experts in psychology and neuroscience. Prior roles include serving as a Scrum Master in SAFe and Agile Team Coach, promoting Agile practices and supporting team development. Angelina also led local AI projects with Omdena to address community issues and has a background in community management at Inditex. Angelina holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology.
