Gloria Loredo

Gloria Loredo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, business management, and transformation. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Vonage since November 2022, Gloria drives cross-functional initiatives within the Product & Engineering organization. Previously, Gloria held several senior leadership roles at Poly, including Chief Transformation Officer, where responsibilities encompassed driving strategic transformation and establishing the Transformation Office. With a strong focus on operational management and service profitability, Gloria has managed significant P&Ls and global operations across various lines of business. Gloria's career also includes positions with Nokia Siemens Networks, Motorola Solutions, and Comcast, showcasing a proven track record in business operations and client relationship management. Gloria holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Latin American Studies from Northwestern University.
