Rachel Sunderland

Rachel Sunderland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and development, particularly within the tech sector. As the Head of Developer Community at Vonage since August 2022, Rachel leads strategies to enhance engagement and retention among over 1 million developers. Previously, in a Senior Community Manager role at Lacework, Rachel established foundational community strategies and led significant projects. Rachel has also held various positions at Imperial College Union, where responsibilities included overseeing activities for over 21,000 students and managing staff dedicated to student development. Earlier career experiences include roles at Goldsmiths Students' Union and various service positions. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Drama from Goldsmiths, University of London.
