Vice President, Total Rewards at Vontier

Danielle Riddell has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Danielle currently holds the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Vontier, a global provider of critical technologies and solutions for the mobility ecosystem. In this role, they are responsible for advancing safety, security, efficiency, and sustainability worldwide.

Before joining Vontier, Danielle worked at Tenneco Inc. for several years in various executive positions. As the Executive Director of Executive Compensation, they oversaw executive compensation for the entire Tenneco enterprise, which had $18 billion in revenue and over 74,000 employees worldwide. Danielle also served as the Executive Director of Compensation for the Powertrain and Clean Air divisions, responsible for both executive and broad-based compensation for a division with $11 billion in revenue and 35,000 employees.

Prior to Tenneco, Danielle held a significant leadership position at Meritor, Inc., a Tier One Automotive Supplier. As the Director of Global Compensation, they managed compensation programs and policies for a company with $5 billion in revenue and operations in 19 countries. Danielle also worked closely with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Earlier in their career, Danielle gained valuable experience as a Compensation Consultant at Plante Moran, where they provided consulting services to clients in various industries, including healthcare, public schools, and manufacturing. Danielle also worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Detroit Medical Center.

Throughout their career, Danielle Riddell has demonstrated expertise in global compensation, executive compensation, and total rewards management.

Danielle Riddell holds an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Oakland University. Danielle also obtained the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork in 2001 and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Inforum.
