Jim Bassi

Jim Bassi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jim began their career as Student Body President and Vice President at Utah Valley University from 2002-2005. Jim then worked as Office Manager at Creative Marketing Solutions and successfully revived the company by implementing a detailed plan to increase profits and retain employees. Jim later joined Westwood College as an Assistant Director of Admissions and eventually became the Director of Admissions for the Dallas/Fort Worth region. In 2010, they joined DeVry University as the Director of University Partnerships/Admissions for Texas, where they managed a team of representatives and developed new strategies to generate inquiries and build relationships. From 2014 to 2015, Jim served as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at ZipEdTech, LLC, where they provided direction, insight, and coaching to the Department of Business Development. Their most recent role is as the Director of Sales for North America at Vortex Aquatic Structures International since 2018. Overall, Jim has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of success in various positions.

Jim Bassi attended Cy Fair High School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their High School Diploma. From 2001 to 2005, they studied at Utah Valley University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrated Studies, specializing in Political Science and Psychology. Additionally, during the same period at Utah Valley University, Jim Bassi also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Studies, with a focus on Political Science & Psychology.
