Michael Cappiello

Michael Cappiello has extensive experience in production management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Production and Facility Manager at Vortex Aquatic Structures International since October 2004, Michael manages a team of 60 direct reports and reports to the Vice President of Operations. Prior to this role, Michael was the Production Manager at Celestica from September 2000 to September 2004, overseeing 200 team members through 9 supervisors in the production of high-quality printed circuit boards. Michael's career began at Viasystems, where from 1983 to 2000, responsibilities included leading teams across multiple departments in PCB manufacturing.
