Roxanne Paris-Blais, M. Sc

Roxanne Paris-Blais, M. Sc, CRHA has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Roxanne is currently working at Vosker as a Partner - Talent & Culture, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ministère des Finances du Québec (MFQ), where they held multiple roles. Roxanne worked as a Conseillère en développement organisationnel from May 2021 to November 2022 and also completed a Master's internship in organizational development from September 2020 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) as an Intervenante au programme d'aide aux employés from May 2018 to August 2020.

Roxanne Paris-Blais, M. Sc, CRHA, completed their education at Université Laval. Roxanne earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2015 to 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Development from 2019 to 2021.
