Mariana Behela

Mariana Behela is an experienced Human Resources Specialist at VOSS Automotive Poland since July 2018, focusing on recruitment, employee training, personnel records maintenance, and compliance with GDPR regulations, while also serving as the Data Protection Officer. Prior to this role, Mariana worked as a Compensation Advisor at VOTUM S.A. and held various legal positions, including Lawyer for the Western Region at Socar Energy Ukraine and Senior Lawyer at Galnaftogaz, as well as Court Clerk at Odessa District Court. Mariana holds a Master of Law and Bachelor of Law, both from the National University "Odessa Law Academy."
