James D. M.

James D. M. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. James D. currently works as a Project Manager at VOSS. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at layerX Technologies from 2018 to 2021.

Prior to that, James worked at Arrow Systems Integration for over a decade, starting as the Director of Business Process from an unknown date until 2017. James D. was then promoted to Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, where they managed a team and led initiatives to drive customer success and revenue growth. James D. also held the position of Vice President of Sales Engineering, Project/Program Management at Arrow Electronics, where they established and managed a program management function.

Before joining Arrow Systems Integration, James worked at WilTel Communications and Williams Communications. At WilTel Communications, they served as the National Account Support Manager and Strategic Account Manager, providing support to key accounts and securing new business opportunities. At Williams Communications, they held the role of Executive Director of Operations, overseeing implementation and maintenance operations for enterprise clients.

Throughout their career, James has demonstrated their expertise in customer experience, strategic sourcing, business process improvement, and project management. James D. has a track record of delivering tailored solutions, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

James D. M. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including the COVID-19 Contact Tracing certificate from The Johns Hopkins University in May 2020, and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2014.
