Robert Cook

Robert Cook has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Robert began their career at Nielsen as an Analyst/Programmer, where they analyzed and developed IT solutions for television ratings and statistics. Robert then worked at Regent Systems Ltd as an Application Designer, where they modified financial applications and created tailor-made applications for customers.

After that, Cook joined Ladbrokes Coral as a Systems Analyst, where they designed and delivered shop-planning and budgeting systems, as well as financial accounting and payroll systems. Robert then moved to Computer Associates, where they served as the Country & Project Manager, leading the redevelopment of the Thai business and managing the delivery of customer-focused IT solutions.

Cook then transitioned to Promaster Consulting, where they project-managed the implementation of accounting and sales systems for various clients. Robert also led the migration of product portfolios from Wang to Unix. Following this, they worked at Talbot Office Equipment as a Project Manager/Consultant, transforming the company's efficiency through the implementation of a PC-LAN based accounting and sales system.

Cook then joined Vodafone, taking on the role of NPD & IT Project Manager. In this role, they successfully delivered strategic voice and data products, including Pay As You Go and Customer Tariffs. Robert also worked on integrating Thus and delivered Wholesale IPVPN and Wholesale DIA products while at Cable & Wireless as an NPD Project Manager.

Next, Cook joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Project Manager, where they continued to work on NPD and IT projects, primarily for the Vodafone account. Lastly, they are currently a Project Manager at VOSS, where they manage major programs for UC cloud-solutions to international customers and for Cisco systems in BSS/OSS environments. Robert'sresponsibilities include program and project management, prime contractor and account management/business development.

Robert Cook attended Spalding County Primary School from 1965 to 1972. Robert then went on to study at Spalding Grammar School from 1972 to 1979, focusing on physical sciences. After completing their secondary education, Robert attended Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University from 1979 to 1983. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies.
