Stefan Tredoux

Stefan Tredoux has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Stefan started their career in 1998 as a Co-owner and Technician at Estee Computers, where they were responsible for fault finding, installing software and hardware, and maintaining networks. Stefan then worked as a Technical Support Agent at M-Web, where they sold computers, loaded software, and provided technical support.

In 2000, Stefan joined Andre Geboers as a Technical Support Manager, assisting clients in connecting to M-Web and resolving their technical issues. Stefan also worked as a Senior Voice Engineer at ATIO, where they designed new infrastructure, managed desktops, and supervised service providers.

Starting from 2012, Stefan worked as a Lync Architect at Bytes Connect, specializing in Lync design and implementation. Stefan provided advice on integrating new technologies with Lync and conducted demos for clients. Stefan then joined Microsoft as a PFE (Premier Field Engineer) in 2014, offering proactive and reactive support to customers across the United States and Canada.

From 2015, Stefan worked as a Microsoft Solutions Architect at VOSS, where they collaborated with internal teams, customers, and partners to address technical and management challenges in the Microsoft UC space. Stefan built and managed a test lab, defined solution requirements, and designed specifications for automated business workflows.

In 2018, Stefan became an independent contractor, offering MS Services Engineering (L3) for EUC (End-User Computing), DD WC (Desktop Deployment Windows Client), and Microsoft Managed Services. Currently, they are an independent contractor specializing as a Microsoft Technical Specialist in Azure and Office 365, providing expertise in these areas.

Stefan Tredoux attended Highest School from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Civil Engineering at School HTS Drostdy. During this time, they also pursued studies at the same school for a field of study that is not specified.
