Kelly Wulff

Kelly Wulff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and advisory roles. Currently serving as General Counsel for Vouch Insurance since December 2018, Wulff is also a member of the Operators Guild, which connects leaders in the tech sector. Wulff has held various positions including Vice President of Legal at Zenefits and Legal Counsel at Adobe, where responsibilities spanned employment law and corporate legal matters. Wulff has contributed as an advisor for QSBS and The LegalTech Fund and was a Charter Member of TechGC until December 2022. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Irvine.
