Rukmini Banerjee

Rukmini Banerjee serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Vouch Insurance, where the focus is on innovating insurance solutions for modern tech companies. Since May 2021, Rukmini has been a board member of Unity Point Health - Meriter, contributing to the Quality of Healthcare Committee. Prior experience includes the role of Chief People Officer at Fetch Rewards, Inc., and a significant tenure at CUNA Mutual Group in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Shared Services and Project Management. Rukmini's career also includes strategic operational roles at HSBC Consumer & Wholesale Lending, GE Money, and other companies, starting in 1997 after earning an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BSc in Mathematics from Jadavpur University.
