Connagh Redmond

QC & Microbiology Associate at Vow

Connagh Redmond currently works as a QC & Microbiology Associate and previously held the position of Quality Control Technician at Vow since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Freelance Editor at Cactus Communications from March 2021 to February 2023 and participating as an Industry Mentee with the Industry Mentoring Network in STEM from July 2021 to November 2022. Connagh also acted as a Mediator at Science Gallery Melbourne between July 2021 and September 2022. A Visiting Researcher at Waseda University from April 2018 to July 2019, Connagh focused on biotechnology in art. Additionally, an ESL teacher at Toshin Kodomo Eigo Juku, Connagh planned and ran classes for young learners from March 2018 to July 2019. Connagh's early experience includes a Conservation Intern role at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art in mid-2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology and Immunology, a Master of Arts in Cultural Materials Conservation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology, all from the University of Melbourne.
