Nicholas Chilton

Nicholas Chilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and communications. Currently serving as the Senior Government Affairs & Communications Lead at Vow since August 2023 and as an Advisory Board Member at Sekuro since December 2022, Nicholas has held significant roles in various government capacities. Notably, as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Opposition Leader in the NSW Government, Nicholas formulated key policy strategies and negotiated coalition agreements. Previous positions include Head of Board Advisory for Nasdaq in the South Pacific, where leadership focused on governance and board evaluations, and multiple senior advisory roles within the NSW Government assisting on major projects, roads, and regional issues. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in International Security (Cybersecurity) and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies & Philosophy from the University of Sydney. Additionally, Nicholas is the founder of Couched, an innovative platform for public debate.
