Denis Michaud has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans several industries and roles. Denis started their career as an Intern at Bell Helicopter in 1999 and later worked as an Intern at Ericsson from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they joined both SCIEF Inc and Lallemand, where they served as a Senior Application Developer and Software Consultant respectively until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Voxco Survey Software as a Senior Web Application Developer, followed by a promotion to R&D Director. Denis then became the Director of Technical Support before eventually assuming the role of Vice President Customer Service in July 2020.
Denis Michaud earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université de Sherbrooke from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Université de Moncton in 1997 for Computer Science studies. In 1994 to 1997, they studied at Cité des Jeunes A.-M. Sormany, but the field of study and degree name are unknown. In 2007, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) from Microsoft.
