Tilia Gode

Tilia Gode has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tilia started their career at AIG in 2010, where they worked as an Actuary focusing on reserving. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Supervising Pricing Actuary for Global Casualty Pricing at AIG. Tilia then transitioned to the role of Director of Commercial Analytics from 2015 to 2017. Tilia Gode later became the Global Head of Analytics for Client Risk Solutions at AIG from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Waymo as the Head Actuary and later took on the role of Head of Risk & Insurance in 2021. Additionally, in 2021, they became a Co-Founder/Advisor at Voxel.

Tilia Gode has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Tilia also holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Columbia University. Tilia has additional certifications including being a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) from the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries from the American Academy of Actuaries.
