Anastasia Kirianova (Aulova)

Anastasia Kirianova (Aulova) has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and HR. Anastasia is currently the IT Recruitment & HR Team Lead at Voximplant since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Palta from October 2020 to December 2021. In 2019, Anastasia served as the Lead IT Recruiter/HR at MTS, where they were responsible for implementing a recruitment process, mentoring recruiters, and designing an onboarding process. Anastasia also played a key role in forming the vision for future changes in the educational system in Russia for AI. Before that, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Mail.Ru Group, where they were involved in worldwide recruitment for European and US offices. Anastasia started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Work Service S.A. in 2012 and has held various recruitment roles since then, including a Head of Recruitment Group at Marksman Recruitment Solutions.

Anastasia Kirianova (Aulova) pursued their education from 2006 to 2011 at Moscow State University of Psychology and Education. During this time, they successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology.
