Laiz Maiochi has been working in customer success and training and development for over 7 years. Laiz started their career as a Project Analyst at LAB SSJ, where they were responsible for coordinating training and development programs. After a year and a half, they transitioned to Sascar Tecnologia e Segurança Automotiva S/A as a Training and Development Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for customizing and implementing learning solutions that met customer needs. Laiz also managed instructors, created and revised contents, and coordinated learning transferring initiatives. In January 2013, Laiz started working at Affero Lab as a Project Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for the customer relationship, planning and coordination of training and development programs. Laiz also customized and implemented learning solutions that suit customer needs, managed suppliers and partnering consultants, controlled project budgets, and managed programs such as the Leadership Academy, Fast Track Maturity program, Business Schools, Trainee and Internship Programs, Values and Competence Dissemination. In October 2014, Laiz transitioned to their current role as VP of Customer Success at Voxy.

Laiz Maiochi has a licenciatura in pedagogy from UFSCar and has also done extension courses in accounting and finance for non-financial administrators from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas as well as a course in corporate education and organizational learning from FIA.
