Michelle Naumec

Michelle Naumec possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and financial analysis, with extensive experience in academic and administrative support. Since April 2015, Michelle has served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Voya Financial. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Bay Path University from April 2011 to April 2015, including Assistant to the Provost and Director of Academic and Administrative Support Services. Earlier in Michelle's career, experience as a Financial Analyst was gained at MassMutual Life Insurance Company from September 1991 to June 1998 and at Raytheon from September 1989 to June 1991. Michelle graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1989, following graduation from Minnechaug Regional High School in 1985.
