Jake Sneed

Jake Sneed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jake started their career as a Finance and Accounting Intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2005. Following this, they worked as an Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they joined TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where they held the positions of Senior Analyst and Associate Asset Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Jamestown. In 2015, they transitioned to GLP US Management LLC as a Senior Associate. Currently, they are employed at Voya Investment Management, where they have held the titles of AVP-Real Estate Finance and Vice President - Asset Management since 2017.

Jake Sneed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 2006.
