Ken Hockstein

Ken Hockstein, CFA, CAIA has extensive experience in investment management and risk analysis. Ken is currently the VP and Senior Insurance Portfolio Manager at Voya Investment Management, where they specialize in insurance portfolio management. Prior to this role, they worked at Voya Financial as the VP of Investment Strategy & Alternative Investments, responsible for private equity and private debt strategies. Ken also served as the Head of Credit Risk Analytics at ING Insurance US, where they focused on analyzing credit risk. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Principal at Cobra Technologies Corp. and held various roles at ING Investment Management, including Vice President/Portfolio Manager and Senior Credit Analyst. Ken also worked at SunTrust Bank as a Corporate Officer and Trust Officer, where they analyzed balance sheets, consulted on asset/liability management, and analyzed investment performance. Ken's expertise spans portfolio management, credit risk analysis, and investment strategy.

Ken Hockstein, CFA, CAIA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, which they attained in 2002. Ken also possesses a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Delaware, which they obtained between 1989 and 1991. In addition to their educational background, Ken Hockstein has earned certifications such as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation from the CAIA Association and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. Ken has also obtained a Private Equity Investment Certificate from the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) in 2016.
