Neelam Puri (Assoc CIPD)

Neelam Puri, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an In-house Resourcer for Central Recruitment at Voyage Healthcare since May 2017. Additionally, Neelam has been involved with Rethink Mental Illness since February 2015, focusing on HR Shared Services, where responsibilities include handling HR queries and managing documentation for employees. Previously, Neelam worked as a Human Resources Officer for West Midlands Police from January 2002 to March 2011, coordinating various initiatives to promote careers within the police force. Neelam Puri holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and completed GCSEs at Biddenham Upper School.
