Jennifer Hiatt has over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate, marketing, and operations. Jennifer began their career in 1994 as the Marketing and Sales Manager at Digital Control Incorporated, where they were responsible to senior management on marketing initiatives and project metrics. In 2002, they became a Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate. Jennifer then joined John L. Scott Real Estate in 2007, where they provided guidance to buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property. In 2009, Jennifer began working at Colliers International as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, where they managed the administrative and operational activities in the Executive office and promoted and advanced CEO initiatives. Most recently, Jennifer has been working at Voyager Space since 2019, where they have held the roles of Chief Of Staff and Director of Operations.

Jennifer Hiatt attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2017 to 2018, studying Business Administration. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Western Washington University, where they studied Sociology from 1990. In addition, they have obtained a Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite.
