Patty Garabedian

Patty Garabedian has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Patty is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Stemline Therapeutics, Director of Talent Acquisition at Ultivue, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Epredia. Patty also worked as a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at PerkinElmer, Inc., where they managed a team of recruiters and recruited for various positions across the organization. Additionally, they served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Business Partner at Kelly Services (on site at Takeda Pharmaceutical) RPO, where they managed a team of recruiters and HR coordinators. Patty has also held roles as Director of Global Talent Acquisition at GCP Applied Technologies, Principal Client Services Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions RPO, and Director of Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter at various contract assignments. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at FAST, a Microsoft Subsidiary, where they implemented strategic initiatives such as a global management interview training program and an employee referral program.

Patty Garabedian attended College of the Holy Cross, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Patty then pursued further education at Babson College, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies.
