Martin Cespedes

Martin Cespedes has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Martin is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Vozy since March 2023, where they are responsible for ensuring the technical success of Vozy products and mentoring and expanding the engineering team.

Prior to this, Martin worked at Avaya from 2010 to 2023 in various roles. Earlier in their career, Martin worked at Teleperformance USA as a Senior Supervisor and Supervisor, managing a group of call center representatives and ensuring compliance with metrics and client requirements.
