Octavio Razo Verduzco

Octavio Razo Verduzco has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with Vozy, where they worked as a Software Engineer until December 2018. Octavio then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Engineering Team Leader and Frontend Team Leader, before becoming a Software Manager in November 2022.

In 2018, Octavio co-founded Trazo Software, where they initially worked as a Co-Founder and later transitioned to the role of Consultor de Software in November 2021. At the same time, they also co-founded Sport TI Latam in 2021 and took on the role of Co-Founder.

In 2021, Octavio joined Terapify as a Tech Lead, where they were responsible for migrating and onboarding the engineering team from SCRUM to Shape Up methodology. Octavio also led interviewing processes for new candidates, conducted code reviews, and explored new automation tools.

Additionally, Octavio served as a Mentor for a workshop on Intra Entrepreneurship at Grupo AGA México in 2021 while also working as a Tutor at Superprof from 2017 to 2020.

Prior to these experiences, Octavio co-founded Mixfit Mx in 2016, where they served as the Co-Founder & CTO. During their time there, they successfully developed iOS, Android, and web applications, as well as a platform for gym managers and the internal team.

Octavio's work experience demonstrates their expertise in software development, team leadership, entrepreneurship, and mentoring.

- From 2021 to 2021, Octavio attended Tecnológico de Monterrey where they participated in a workshop on Venture Capital.

- In 2022, they joined Emprelatam for a pre-acceleration program known as EPA19.
