Graham Haigh has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Graham began their career as a Sales Manager at Vibroplant PLC in 1993 and went on to work as a General Manager at Chubb Fire & Security from 1996 to 1998. Haigh then joined Wadkin Limited as a European Sales Director from 1997 to 2000. Graham later worked at Air Power Centre as a Sales Director from 2001 to 2003, and at Ingersoll Rand as a National Accounts Manager VSS from 2004 to 2007. Haigh also served as a Regional Manager at Bobcat Company from 2004 to 2009, and as a Divisional Director at DuBye Limited from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Haigh joined Lavendon Group Plc where they held two roles simultaneously: Sales Director Consulting & Technical Services at Nationwide Platforms and Product Development Director. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled in OPS Manchester and earned a Certificate in NEBOSH, specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician. Continuing their education, Graham attended Astutis from 2016 to 2017 and completed part of a Nebosh degree in the same field. Most recently, in 2023, they attended Essential Selling, focusing on Sales & Marketing, although no degree was specified.
