Joy Spijkerboer

Joy currently works as a Junior HR medewerker at Vriens Archeo Flex BV, Erfgoedtalent, and PASTA scholing archeologie. Joy's responsibilities include managing personnel files, conducting intake interviews, handling recruitment processes, and communicating with clients. Prior to their HR roles, Joy worked as a Klantadviseur at Webhelp, and as a Verkoopmedewerkster at Jumbo Supermarkten and PLUS Retail. Joy completed an internal leadership course in 2018 and is currently studying at ROC Tilburg.
