Babuji Abraham

Babuji Abraham's work experience begins with their current role as the Co-Founder of OXYLYM Private Ltd since January 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded VRIZE Inc in September 2020, where they also served as the Chief Technology Officer. Babuji was a Managing Partner at UBVentura LLP starting in August 2020. Before that, they co-founded XZED Skills Private Limited in April 2019.

From June 2016 to March 2019, Babuji took a career break to "Re-Discover Himself" and explore personal growth. Prior to that, they worked at ITC Infotech as the CTO from June 2014 to May 2016, leading digital transformation initiatives and introducing Shift-Left offerings in infrastructure and testing.

Babuji's long-term tenure at Mindtree Ltd started in November 1999 and lasted until May 2014. During this time, they held various roles, including Sr Vice President and Head of Emerging Technologies. Babuji focused on building capabilities in Cloud, Big Data, and Social Business and incubated these technology groups into mature technology practices.

Before joining Mindtree, Babuji served as the Head of Internet Commerce Division at Verifone from June 1996 to October 1999. Babuji was responsible for product engineering development and support, including identifying functionality, certification with standards organizations, pre-sales, and engineering support.

Babuji's early career includes working at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant from August 1989 to May 1996. Babuji started their career as a Scientific Officer at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in August 1986, where they worked until August 1989.

From 1981 to 1985, they attended the National Institute of Technology Warangal, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics & Communication.

Between 1979 and 1981, Babuji studied at Mar Thoma College, focusing on English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Babuji earned a Pre-Degree Certificate (PDC) during this period.

From 1973 to 1979, they attended SCS High School, where they completed their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) with a focus on English.

In addition to their formal education, Babuji Abraham obtained further certifications. In September 2016, they received a certificate for completing the course "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" from Coursera Course Certificates. Another certification in Machine Learning was earned from the University of Washington in June 2016.
