Mahmoud A. has been working in various customer care, sales, and marketing roles since 2012. Mahmoud began their career at FIRST CONNECTION as an Assistant of Development Commercial and Marketing. In 2015, they joined itech SARL as an Assistant Marketing. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at UNIQLO as a Conseiller de Vente. In 2020, they joined Legalstart.fr as a Customer Care. Currently, they are working at Vroomly as a Customer Care, where they are helping to develop garages by providing two services: Vroomly Booking and Vroomly Parts.

Mahmoud A. completed a Bachelor in Commerce, Marketing & Négociation from ISIFA PLUS VALUES CFA in 2016. Prior to this, they completed a BTS in Négociation Relation Client from the same institution in 2014.
