Marcelle Porteous

Marcelle Porteous BCAv serves as the Global Director of Customer Success at VRP Consulting since June 2023. Additionally, Marcelle is a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Big Community Sew and the Founder of Sew Marvellous Charity Makes, a volunteer group that has produced over 39,000 items for various charities. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Director and Senior Customer Success Manager at Salesforce.org, Regional Director UKI at FinDock, and Client Advisor at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where expertise in leading discovery workshops and aligning client needs with business strategies was demonstrated. Earlier career highlights include managing crmSOS, a full-service consulting partner, and serving as Customer Intelligence Systems Manager at Aldata. Marcelle holds an MBA from Aston University, with a focus on Change Management and Innovation.
