Molly Margulies

Molly Margulies has a strong background in Human Resources and People Strategy. Molly currently holds the position of Director, People at VSCO®, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Molly worked at GlossGenius as the Director of People Strategy & Operations from September 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they were a Manager of HR Consulting at Justworks from June 2019 to September 2021. Molly also gained experience as an HR Specialist at ABC Carpet & Home from January 2019 to June 2019, and as a Human Capital Business Partner at TriNet from September 2017 to January 2019. Molly started their career at Mouth as a Human Resources Manager from May 2014 to September 2017 and gained earlier experience as an Executive Assistant at SpotCo from May 2013 to May 2014.

Molly Margulies holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from New York University. Molly also attended Montclair Kimberley Academy for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Molly Margulies has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in December 2019 and is scheduled to obtain the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2023.
