Sara M. Lee

Sara M. Lee is the current General Counsel at VSCO. Sara has held this position since November 2019. Prior to their current role, Sara was the General Counsel at Stella & Dot Family of Brands from April 2014 to November 2019. In this role, they managed and oversaw all company legal initiatives and day-to-day legal and compliance matters. Before their time at Stella & Dot, Sara was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from June 2011 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California from August 2006 to December 2006.

Sara M. Lee began their educational career at Lowell High School. Sara then went on to study history and art history at the University of California, Berkeley. After that, they participated in an intensive language and education abroad program at Yonsei University. Finally, they earned their Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law. Sara is also certified by the State Bar of California as an attorney.

Sara M. Lee reports to Joel Flory, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with Brent Cromley, Jr. - VP of Engineering, Eric Wittman - President, and Hannah Donovan - Director, New Initiatives.
