Crystal Smith

Crystal Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Crystal started their career at Real Estate III in 1999, where they served as an Office Manager/HR Coordinator for a period of ten years. In 2014, they joined Brown's on a part-time basis and held the position of HR & Accounting Clerk/Recruiter for four years. In 2009, Crystal joined the University of Virginia and held various roles, including Faculty Assistant - Legal, HR Generalist/Business Partner/Recruiter (Exempt), and HR Talent Support/Pre-Boarding Specialist. In 2020, they transitioned to General Dynamics as a Human Resources Administrator for a year. Currently, Crystal is working at VSolvit, where they have held the positions of HR Recruitment Generalist and Lead Technical Recruiter.

Crystal Smith completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & HR Management from Capella University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from National College in 2011. Crystal also holds a certification as a Notary Public from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
