Bethany Cooley has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within customer service and operations management. Bethany began their career in 2006 as an Intermodal Operations Specialist at Schneider National. In 2007, they joined JCPenney and held multiple positions including Supply Chain Supervisor, Team Coach Specialist, Corporate Customer Relations Manager, and Customer Care Center Manager. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Senior Manager of Customer Care Network Operations at JCPenney. In 2018, Bethany joined VSP Vision Care as a Manager of Customer Experience, eventually being promoted to Customer Experience Center Director and then to their current role of Customer Experience Center Senior Director.
Bethany Cooley graduated from Buckeye Trail High School in 2002. Bethany then went on to attend The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2015, Bethany obtained a Call Center Management Certification from the Benchmark Portal College of Call Center Excellence.
