Sam Sharma

Sam Sharma has extensive experience in finance and financial planning, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and integration. Sam is currently the Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integration at VSP Vision Care since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of FP&A at Alkami Technology from June 2018 to April 2022. From July 2012 to March 2018, Sam was the Vice President of Finance at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Sam also served as the Director (AVP) of Financial Planning & Analysis at HealthMarkets from April 2008 to June 2012. Sam started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America from July 2004 to April 2008, where they worked on various projects, including producing complex earnings forecasts and implementing cost savings measures. Overall, Sam brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy and analysis to their current role.
