Marcela Schlaepfer

Marcela Schlaepfer is currently the Director of Tech Planning & Operations and Head of Product Operations at VTEX since June 2020. Previously, Marcela held the position of Head of Product at Cortex, a growth intelligence platform funded by SoftBank, Riverwood, RedPoint eventures, and Endeavor. With experience in roles such as Product Manager and Product Advisor at various companies, Marcela has also worked as a Growth Marketing Consultant at Tradecraft. Marcela has a background in business intelligence projects and consulting, having worked as a Business Consultant at Cortex and as a Project Manager at Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio. Marcela obtained their education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2007 to 2011.
