Joe Gorgol

Joe Gorgol is a seasoned Program Analyst at VT Group, serving since August 2023, with a robust background in military training and readiness. Previously, Joe held a pivotal role as the Atlantic Fleet CVN Training Officer and Force Navigator for Naval Air Forces from January 2020 to August 2023. Joe's extensive service in the US Navy from May 2003 to August 2023 included positions such as Assistant Chief of Staff for Training and Readiness, Executive Officer aboard the USS Lewis B Puller (ESB-3), and Lead Instructor at the Surface Warfare Schools Command. Additionally, Joe's experience spans from being a Combat Systems Officer on USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) to serving as a Staff Navigation Officer for Standing NATO Maritime Group 1. Joe earned a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from California Coast University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Norwich University.
