Leon Douglas

Leon Douglas is an accomplished Requirement Analyst with extensive experience in the field of military operations and information management. Currently employed at VT Group plc since August 2008, Leon focuses on improving information management equipment operations through feasibility studies and equipment upgrades. In addition, a Senior Military Analyst and Knowledge Manager at Alion Science and Technology, Leon has successfully influenced operational changes by reviewing and recommending G-3/5 requirements. Previously, Leon served as a Knowledge Manager for the Army Materiel Command, supporting knowledge management initiatives within the Current Operations staff. Leon holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Certificate in Oracle Certification from db learning center, and a Master's in Information Systems from The City College of New York.
