Polette Nessim

Polette Nessim, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at VT Group since February 2018, Polette has effectively facilitated new employee orientations and managed records related to benefits plans and personnel transactions. Prior to VT Group, Polette worked as a Recruiter at SOS International LLC from March 2017 to January 2018, where responsibilities included identifying and screening candidates for Court Interpreter positions across multiple languages and maintaining updates in the Applicant Tracking System. Earlier experience includes positions at Swissport from July 2014 to March 2017, where Polette contributed as a Recruiter and Human Resources Specialist, handling employee onboarding and data management. Polette holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from SADAT Academy for Management Sciences, which was earned from 1996 to 2000.
