Dheeraj Kumar D has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and business analysis. Dheeraj Kumar started their career as a Business Analyst at Quichi informatics in August 2010 and served as the Founder and Business Development Manager until June 2015. Dheeraj then joined Vtiger CRM in September 2015 as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed key aspects of the business and developed strategic plans for risk control and mitigation. In September 2017, they were promoted to the role of Project Coordinator and Senior Business Analyst, where they built a library of models and knowledge-base assets for consistent business intelligence results and presented summarized findings. Dheeraj currently holds the position of Project Manager at Vtiger CRM, starting from October 2019.

Dheeraj Kumar D completed their education at two institutions. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in IT. Prior to that, from 1994 to 2004, they attended Bala Vikas for High School. In addition to their formal education, Dheeraj has obtained several certifications, including Leading SAFe® 5.1 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in November 2021, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
